Régine Lafond


Régine Lafond is an operations professional and event producer with extensive experience in event design, production, and coordination across the fashion, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. She has contributed to the creative development and execution of large-scale runway shows with the iMan Fashion Group, playing a key role in planning and logistics for FACE Africa’s inaugural fundraising gala, which supported donor engagement and impactful storytelling.

Régine is known for her ability to bring teams together, curate meaningful experiences, and execute complex events with precision, creativity, and warmth. Her passion for community-building extends beyond her professional work—she also enjoys reading and smoking cigars. She has helped curate cultural and social programming at the Boston Cigar Lounge, blending hospitality, engagement, and elevated guest experiences.

Born in Haiti and raised in the United States, Régine carries a deep personal connection to her heritage and a commitment to supporting sustainable progress in Haitian communities. She is honored to serve on the Board of the Saint Rock Haiti Foundation and looks forward to contributing her strategic thinking, event expertise, and dedication to advancing the Foundation’s mission.
